Grandma’s Kitchen – In a new and updated version
At first glance Bake Pro is straight out of grandma’s kitchen where bread, cakes and Sunday blancmanges were produced as if by magic using attractive and durable enamel tins. However, Bake Pro is something quite special, because, indeed, they look like fine tins from bygone days, but the material is functional and modern – namely silicone with non-stick surface!
Nothing is more annoying than to remove a rye bread or a cake from the baking tin just to realize that half the cake is still left in the tin. Bake Pro’s soft silicone moulds and non-stick surface make it possible to turn the mould inside out to remove the bread or cake when baked. Therefore cakes and bread will stay in one piece until served!
The Bake Pro assortment inspires to a wide range of both cakes, bread, cold desserts and baked dinners, from fruit and vegetable tarts and homemade rye bread as well as muffins, puddings, lasagne, blancmanges and cold soufflés to the children’s favourite chocolate cake.
The muffin pans may even be used for baked vegetable soufflés that are a delicious and decorative accompaniment for the dinner, and the assortment’s roasting pan is suitable if lasagne is on the menu. And these two elements are exactly where you can really feel that cleaning has become significantly easier. Homemade ice cream with crushed caramel prepared using the big brioche mould is a nice and tasty dessert. Fill the hole in the middle of the brioche mould with fresh, sourish berries, a delicious contrast to the sweet, crunchy caramel.
The assortment includes two flat tart moulds, a bread mould, a round cake mould, a ring mould and a brioche mould, both fluted in the classic way, a roasting pan, a rectangular baking mould as well as a 6 and a 12 cup muffin pan.
SCANPAN Bake Pro is made of 100% food safe silicone with non-stick surface. The moulds are traditional oven, microwave oven, freezer and dishwasher proof.
