  Type: Desserts and pastry
 250 g dark or milk chocolate (9 ounces)
– orange peel or juice may be added
1 Polynesian vanilla pod
125 ml whole milk (4.3 fluid ounces/0.5 cup)
125 ml heavy cream (4.3 fluid ounces/0.5 cup)
 Bring vanilla, whole milk and heavy cream to a boil in fondue pot and pour over chocolate while stirring. When liquefied, chocolate mixture is ready to use and placed over lit burner unit.
All fruits may be recommended for this fondue. We suggest mangos, bananas, strawberries and pineapples – maybe with a sprinkling of chili, crushed healthy candy bars, roasted nuts or desiccated coconut.
