Matt Moran

SCANPAN are proud to partner with Matt Moran as ambassador for the Danish cookware brand.
Matt Moran’s association with SCANPAN Cookware brings an additional dimension to this already well-recognised brand.

Sandy Angus, Managing Director for Scanpan’s Australian distributor: “Matt Moran’s media exposure and popularity with our target demographic is undeniable, making him the perfect partner for SCANPAN Australia.  As SCANPAN cookware is strong and durable enough to be used in commercial kitchens; we are excited that Aria continues to use SCANPAN in the Sydney and Brisbane Aria restaurants”
Matt Moran, is co-owner and head chef of the awarded ARIA Restaurants as well as Chiswick in Woollahra (Sydney) and Chiswick at the Gallery (Art Gallery of NSW), both which boast a menu that showcases produce from the on-premises vegetable and herb gardens.  Also RiverBar and Kitchen, Brisbane, Opera Bar at the iconic Sydney Opera House and North Bondi Fish on the shores of Bondi Beach

“I use SCANPAN at home and in our restaurants as for me, it’s the best cookware in the market.  The Danish designed brand is progressive and innovative, using the latest induction and exclusive non-stick technology.  As the ranges are extensive, I have a lot to choose from and so they can offer product for wherever I am and whatever I am cooking” says Matt Moran.
While Matt’s main focus is his restaurants he enjoys sharing his experience and knowledge with the public, including his own television show “Paddock to Plate” and the imminent “The Great Australian Bake Off” and also as a regular contributor on radio and in print.
Matt has been a member of the International Culinary Panel for Singapore Airlines since 2003 and has also published four cookbooks – “Matt Moran” which showcases some ARIA dishes adapted for the home cook, “When I Get Home”, “Dinner At Matts” and “Matt’s Kitchen Garden Cookbook”.
