Black Iron is a collection of Black Carbon Steel Fry Pans and Wok introduced by SCANPAN, Australia's favorite cookware brand for more than 30 years. Features include 2.5-3.0mm gauge material for optimum performance and able to withstand very high heat. It has extremely fast and efficient heating and is compatible with all cooktops, including induction. Danish Design and DNA. Pre-seasoned with vegetable oil and requires re-seasoning regularly, with easy-to-follow instructions included in the packaging and available for download here.
